Nikki Kober NSCA Certified Personal Trainer Dr. Kober is one of the top advanced health and fitness specialists in the field of exercise, nutrition and wellness. Dr. Kober has in depth skills in the health and wellness industry which has given her cutting edge knowledge involving health, wellness, nutrition and exercise programming for the athlete, beginner, senior, and adolescent. Dr. Kober earned her Doctorate degree in Exercise Physiology and a Masters degree in Muscle Physiology . Dr. Kober has published many articles in nationally recognized research journals and has written numerous articles on nutrition, fitness, wellness and lifestyle modification and has been the guest speaker at many national conferences. Dr. Kober takes fitness and nutrition to a new level, in which she wants everyone to succeed in changing their life for the better. Dr. Kober holds a Personal Training Certification from the National Strength & Conditioning Association and a Sports Nutrition Certification from International Society of Sports Nutrition. Bio Favorite Dish: Sunday breakfast. I make my family sit down at the table and eat a hearty meal of eggs, pancakes, bacon, ham or sausage, hashbrowns, OJ and milk. (of course, my husband has to cook it all while I am out on my am run!!) Favorite Outdoor Activities: Running, Golf, hiking in the mountains, horseback riding Favorite Gym Machine: The SQUAT MACHINE OF COURSE!! Favorite Class: Any class that I can kick but on!! I want everyone to get a great workout! If they don't, I feel like I have failed. Most dreaded workout: Yoga: Doesn't make me sweat!! What I like about working at Body IQ: We are a different gym with a different logo and a different persona. What you see is what you get, no gimmicks and a lot of personality and motivation. I cherish helping people become fit and healthy and love what I do. I don't want to do anything else! Favorite saying: "Limits begin where visualization ends. Rebecca Rullman Rebecca is currently a fitness coach, and is in the apprentice program to be an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Group Fitness Instructor. Although she is working on getting her personal trainer certification with Dr. K, the training requirements are higher than average at Body IQ. This additional training & knowledge will help both Rebecca and our members excel. As a member assistant she helps with member services. She has an adorable baby boy, Connor. She enjoys getting to know and befriending members at Body IQ. She is looking forward to learning and growing with the gym and its members. |

Bio Favorite dish: I'm a big meat eater, so I'd have to say a nice thick steak. Favorite outdoor activities: I love going on walks with Connor (my 3 yr old son), but I also love fishing and hiking in the summer and snow boarding in the winter. Favorite gym machine: Elliptical Favorite class: I love a good step class, but I also love yoga. Most dreaded workout: A long cardio workout. Favorite workout: yoga What I like about working at Body IQ: Awesome boss, all the friendly members and I get paid to workout, who wouldn't like that?? Charli Sorrell Hello, my name is Charli. I live in Twin Falls with the love of my life (Cris), our two cats, and lots of fish. I can be seen walking everywhere 9 months out of the year. My favorite hobbies are running, bicycling, reading and disc golf. I come from a big family of hard working people. Growing up, I worked with my Dad and siblings for the family business in which the girls worked just as hard as the boys. My biggest goal is to appreciate all life has to offer (good and bad) and share from my experiences the lessons I learn. I love working at Body IQ. Body IQ is like no other gym, where it is very inviting and non-intimidating, which is why the members love it and the staff members are very outgoing. I have a passion for exercise and want to share it with others. |
