Body IQ offers many services to you as a client to help you reach your goals. One of those servies is personal training for when your wanting some one-on-one time with one of our trainers. We also offer this personal training at your home for a small additonal fee. Maybe you want Dr. K's help but your not in the Twin Falls area.
That is fine she offers online training so you can work out at your home or at another gym. She will create works for you to do and adjust them as you progress.
