Class Schedule for August

Body IQ specializes in offering unique, fun classes that you won't find anywhere else specializing in a woman's body. Our classes promise to be the most innovative and trend setting in the area. You'll find variety and effectiveness, no matter your current fitness level, with cardio, conditioning, new age, and other class styles. Our schedule changes monthly so you won't get bored, PLUS you always get to try new things! (Reservations are recommended.) We can also send a certified fitness professional to your site. Great for company wellness promotions & events!
Cost per class: $7.00 or can buy class cards that include:
12 classes: $78.00 ($6.50 per class)
20 classes: $120 ($6.00 per class)
30 classes: $150 ($5.00 per class)

GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Intervals:Get ready for a sweat! We are going to do hi-low aerobic and anaerobic workout for 45 minutes. Get cardio and toning class to get us ready for summer.
Zumba Fitness: A cardio conditioning class based on the contagious rhythms of Latin music. Besides learning the basic steps of Merenque, Salsa, Cumbia, Samba and hip hop, you'll be defining your waistline an having fun. No dance experience is needed.
Fit & Firm Aerostep:Part Aerobics, part step in a fast paced cardio class.
Jazzercise:A combination of dance-based cardio, strength, and stretching to maximize your workout for total body burn!
Express Stretch:This is an express stretching class that will last approximately 20 minutes.
21 Day-AM Bootcamp:3 weeks of intense workout routines and nutrition guidance. Must be signed up extra fees apply.

Note: All of our classes are modified to accommodate the beginning as well as the advanced exerciser. Always work out at your own pace & ask the instructor if you have questions. Please inform the instructor of any existing medical conditions so that the workouts can be adjusted accordingly. All classes subject to change.
